-Cancellation policy : reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance. If you fail to cancel on time, the hotel will charge the whole reservation as penalty. Reservations on New Year period must be cancelled 30 days prior to check in to avoid penalies.

-Minimum lenght of stay: New Year: 7 nights, January and February: 5 nights.
-Downpayments: New Year: 100%, january and february: 30%. Refunds: whole value on check out day, less an administrative fee of US$ 75, no bank fees will be deducted.

-Understays will be charged according to the minimum lengh of stay.
